Viet-Nomz Pho & Street Fare is a modern fast casual dining destination showcasing the rich flavors and traditions of Vietnamese cuisine. With sustainability as a key focus, the restaurant sources local ingredients that enhance the freshness of each dish, complemented by the urban-chic décor blending traditional Vietnamese elements and contemporary design featuring ChopValue's table tops made from recycled chopsticks for the Lake Mary location, creating a vibrant and welcoming ambiance.
The owners of Viet-Nomz fast-service restaurants directly contacted the team to help deliver value-aligned furnishing for their third restaurant location. The challenge of the project was to design and manufacture Impact dining tables for the grand opening in coordination with the owners and contractors.
With our prompt production capacity, we delivered quick-service restaurant furniture within four weeks of the initial engagement. The collaborative efforts with Viet-Nomz formed an aesthetic and environmentally conscious solution, diverting 44,709 discarded chopsticks from landfills. Viet-Nomz looks forward to working with ChopValue as they develop their franchise network nationwide.
