Return & Refund Policy

I’ve changed my mind after placing an order. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can. To cancel your order, please contact us at singapore@chopvalue.com or by calling us at +65 9720 2808 (10am-6pm, Monday-Friday excluding public holidays) within 24 hours of purchase. Once your order has been marked as “processed”, we will not be able to initiate an order cancellation. 

 

What is your return policy?

If the items you have purchased are not what you expected, we will gladly offer a refund on your original form of payment, given that the items are returned within 30 days of purchase. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Custom orders
  • Custom engraving
  • Sales and promotional item

ChopValue Singapore has the full discretion to decide whether any item is in a condition suitable for return and reserves the right to reject any returns if they are deemed unfit for return.

How do I ship the product back for returns?

To return your product, please email singapore@chopvalue.com to begin the process. Kindly include the following information:

  • Your Full Name (must be the same name used for the purchase)
  • Your Contact Number
  • Your Order Number

Once your return request has been processed, you will receive an email from us to proceed with the next steps. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping. If you are shipping a returning item over $50, we advise using a trackable shipping service (i.e Singpost, Ninja Van, QExpress etc) 

If you live close to our location, we also welcome you to come by to drop off the item(s).

Note: ChopValue Singapore reserves the rights to withhold any refunds if your original item has not reached us. 

 

How do I get a refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

For refund via Credit Card Payment: The funds will be credited to the Credit Card used for the purchase, within 5-7 working days. 

 

 

 

How long does it take to process a return?

We work diligently to process your returns as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 10 working days once we have received your package. Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation with the details on your refund. 

 

Can I return sale items?

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. 

 

What products are eligible for exchanges?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at singapore@chopvalue.com and we will help get this sorted.
