Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at chopvalue.com.sg! Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

All products excluding bulky items such as 

Packages delivered to a local address are fulfilled by Ninja Van.

Click (here: https://www.ninjavan.co/en-sg/tracking) to be redirected to Ninjavan’s tracking website and key in BCS followed by your 13 or 14 digit tracking number to track your package. (e.g. BCS12345678900012)

An automated-SMS from Ninja Van will be sent when your package is scanned and moved out of their sorting hub. Kindly ensure that only local contact numbers are provided for local deliveries.

Please note that there are a few restricted areas to which Ninja Van cannot deliver to. Please read: https://packs.ninjavan.co/pages/serviceable-areas

 

Bulky items delivery (Side Table, Home Office Desk, Work Stations and large orders)

Bulky items will be delivered by ChopValue Singapore’s Delivery Team. We will perform deliveries daily to most areas in Singapore (excluding restricted areas such as Pulau Ubin, Military Camps etc) from 12pm to 6pm, (Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays)). 

Entrance fees to delivery locations (i.e Sentosa) will also be borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated. If you’re unsure whether we can deliver to your place, kindly contact us at singapore@chopvalue.com and our team will get back to you as soon as we can.

The availability of delivery time slots each day is subjected to the availability of delivery capacity.

The estimated delivery time for your delivery depends on the area that your delivery address is located, and is subject to traffic and weather conditions.

For deliveries fulfilled by ChopValue Singapore’s Delivery Team, an SMS notification will be sent to you with your confirmed delivery timing one (1) business day before your delivery. ChopValue Singapore will ensure that the best effort is made to schedule your delivery within your preferred time slot.

Should ChopValue Singapore face difficulties in fulfilling your order within your preferred timing, you will be contacted one (1) business day before your preferred date of delivery to notify you of any change to the preferred date or time that you have chosen.

 

Delivery Fee and Time

Shipping Fees will be as follow (unless otherwise stated): 

Orders fulfilled by Ninja Van: $5 Flat Rate

Orders fulfilled by ChopValue Singapore: $15

Standard local delivery generally arrives within 2-4 working days after an order has been processed, unless stated otherwise on the product page. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (incl. Orders during festive or promotional seasons), we may require additional processing time. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery as we source all our raw materials locally and responsibly. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

 

International Shipping

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Customers with shipping addresses outside of Singapore are solely responsible for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees. Please contact your local customs office for details on how charges will be applied in your area. If your package is confiscated by Customs, not collected from Customs or you refuse your package upon delivery and/or notification of these fees, ChopValue Singapore (ChopValue SG Pte. Ltd) is unable to issue a refund for your purchase or the original shipping cost.
