United StatesI happened to be on the hunt for some coasters in March and these looked perfect. I placed my order and waited. The site said shipping should happen within 2-5 business days, so after three weeks I reached out. They said they were backed up, but would ship them within a week. It was 3 more weeks before I was sent a notification they were about to ship and another week for them to arrive in the US. I totally understand that things are crazy now and wouldn't mind the wait if they had let me known. It's weird to have to reach out to a company 3 weeks after an order just to find out why it hasn't shipped.
